About Peggy Johnston, L.Ac.
A little bit about me. After graduating from the University of Oregon with a Bachelors of Science degree in 1989, I moved to Hawaii to experience the natural beauty of the islands. This is where I discovered acupuncture and herbology, and was drawn to the power of Chinese Medicine.
I returned to Oregon, where I attended Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, graduating in 1996 with a Master’s Degree in Chinese Medicine. I began my practice at the Chiropractic Healing Center in Eugene, where I practiced from 1997 to 2009. I also practiced at the Slocum Orthopedic Surgery Center and operated a clinic in Roseburg from 1997 to 2009. I opened my own clinic in 2014 and very much enjoy the space I practice in.
I studied with nationally and internationally renowned teachers. My practice is influenced by a wide array of styles, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese Meridian therapy, Malvin Finkelsteins ETPS protocols, and Trigger Point Therapy.
My passion and devotion is to help people live better and healthier lives through the use of this energetic medicine.
